Floradix Iron and Vitamin Tablets contain iron (iron gluconate), vitamins B1, B2, niacin (B3), B6, B12, C, folic acid and herbal extracts.  It helps to reduce fatigue and promote normal energy yielding metabolism.  It also contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation.  It is particularly beneficial for those with an active lifestyle as well as expectant and lactating mothers. Vitamin C helps to increase iron absorption.   Gluten- and lactose-free.
