付款與送貨

結賬與付款方法：

選好了產品放入購物車後，請提供電郵註冊為會員。如已註冊，請登入為會員。登入後你會看見訂單總結和運費，以及三個付款方法：

1. 以 PayPal 或 通過 PayPal 選用的信用卡付款；
2. 收貨時以現金付款；
3. 直接付款至食療主義的匯豐銀行戶口，並將過賬記錄以及網購的確認編號， Whatsapp 到電話 5463 1592，或電郵 info@WeHerbHK.com。

送貨費用及安排：

• 送貨日期將是收款後的下一個工作天，或最遲三個工作天以內 (八號風球、黑色暴雨以及農曆年假期除外)，如需有特別的時間安排，請電郵 info@WeHerbHK.com 或致電 2690 3128 與店員另議。
• 凡訂購金額折扣後滿 $800（不包括送貨費用）可獲免費送貨，但不包括大嶼山、其他離島及馬灣。這些地區如需送貨請電郵 info@WeHerbHK.com 或致電 2690 3128 與店員另議。
• 訂購金額折扣後未滿 $800 ，送貨費用為 $65。此金額包括運送冷藏貨品如布緯亞麻籽油和鮮芝士等。

Payment methods:

To check out after adding products to Shopping Cart, please register as member or, if already registered, please sign in as member.  After signing in, you will see your order summary and total amount due.  There are 3 payment methods:

1. Use PayPal or credit cards through PayPal;
2. Pay cash on delivery of products;
3. Make direct transfer to WeHealth Ltd's HSBC bank account.  Please send the transfer slip together with the order confirmation number by Whatsapp to telephone 5463 1592 or email info@WeHerbHK.com.

Delivery arrangements:

• Delivery will be made after payment is received, on the next business day, or within 3 business days.  There will be no delivery on days of Typhoon No. 8, black rainstorm or during Chinese New Year holidays.  If you would like to request specific delivery times, please email info@WeHerbHK.com or contact our staff at 2690 3128 for special arrangement.
• There is free delivery for orders of at least $800 after discount (not including delivery charges in the order amount), with the exception of areas in Lantau Island and other outlying islands, and Ma Wan. If delivery service is required for these areas, please email info@WeHerbHK.com or contact our staff at 2690 3128 for information on charges which depend on areas.
• Delivery charge for orders below $800 after discount is $65. This charge includes delivery of chilled products such as Budwig flaxseed oil and fresh cheese.
