This raw honey is unpasteurised and made 100% from acacia flowers from unpolluted areas of Italy.  It has a clear yellow colour, is thick and mildly sweet and crystallises very slowly.  It has strong anti-bacterial, anti-fungal antiseptic qualities and can sooth throat discomfort and strengthen the immune system.
