英國健康食品合作社 Sun and Seed 小型工場製成的有機原生合桃醬，以低溫烘乾石磨而成。合桃是含最豐富亞麻酸的果仁，在體內轉化成所需的奧米加三脂肪酸，並富含錳和銅等礦物質，以及維他命B生物素（biotin）。

無添加任何其他成份、防腐劑、色素等。不含麥麩、大豆或奶製品。

This tasty spread from English cooperative Sun and Seed is slowly dried below 40 degrees Celsius and stone ground, without damaging the nutritious attributes.  Walnuts are rich in alpha linolenic acid, which coverts into omega 3 fatty acids that the body needs, as well as manganese, copper and biotin of the vitamin B group.  

Does not contain any other ingredients than stone-ground organic walnuts.  No gluten, soy or dairy, no preservative or artificial colouring. 

Suggested use: spread on bread or gluten-free bread, add to salads or cooked vegetables, mix in hot or cold drinks for smooth texture and delicious taste.
