日本烤芝麻油 Toasted Sesame Oil (163ml)
經輕輕烤過後壓榨而成的烤芝麻油味道馥郁有果仁香味,適宜製作自家沙拉醬,亦可混合煮食油煎炸食物。此油品質優良無任何添加成份。

建議用法:可用作沙拉油,或用來醃菜,或加入炒菜,或涼拌牛油果或海帶,或調製豆腐沙拉。
豆腐沙拉四人份量(食譜由Mitoku 公司提供):
混合1湯匙烤芝麻油、2湯匙醬油、2湯匙米醋、1湯匙味醂、一點新鮮檸檬汁。壓爛兩餅比較堅挺的老豆腐,切點青蔥,拌上醬汁,加點生菜青瓜番茄等喜歡的蔬菜,隨意灑上些芝麻、黑胡椒、辣椒粉等。
Whole sesame seeds are carefully selected, gently roasted, and slowly pressed to expel their warm, fragrant oil. The unique rich, nutty flavour of Mitoku Toasted Sesame Oil adds new dimensions to sad dressings, sauces, vinaigrettes for avocado or sea vegetables, and tofu marinades. Can combine with regular cooking oil to add extra taste to fried and baked foods.

Recipe suggestion: Tofu Salad (serves 4)
Combine 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce, 2 Tbsp brown rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp Mirin, a dash of lemon juice. Mash 2 cakes of firm tofu, mixing in the dressing and some chopped green onions. Serve on a bed of lettuce, with other favourite salads vegetables, and a garnish of sesame seeds, black pepper or paprika.
