由小林生麵專門技術製成的無麥麩綠色芥蘭意粉有香濃菜味,可放湯、涼拌或作炒麵。
成分:米*、水、羽衣甘藍粉、食醋;粘稠劑:黃原膠、海藻酸酯*;加工澱粉*。
*此麵所用的米原材料來自愛知縣。海藻酸酯是昆布與wakame海藻的植物纖維,有天然增稠效用。加工澱粉的原材料是西米。

建議食法:將一包生麵加入煮沸的水,按個人口味煮3至4分鐘後撈出,再加入上湯、或拌上醬汁,或混合其他食材作小炒美食。
This gluten free kale pasta made by noodle specialist Kobayashi Seimen company is green in colour and has a strong kale flavour. It can be served with soup or as cold or fried noodles.
Ingredients: White rice*, water, kale powder, vinegar; thickeners: xanthan gum, alginic acid ester*; modified starch*.
*The rice used is grown in Aichi province of Japan. Alginic acid ester is derived from the natural plant fibres of konbu brown seaweed and wakame young seaweed. The modified starch used is made from the sago plant.
