日本山葵粉 Japanese Wasabi Powder (25g)
山葵是日本獨特的一種辣根,是食用魚生壽司、蕎麥麵或其他麵食的重要天然調味料,味道辛辣所以只用一丁點就夠。可用一份山葵粉加兩份清水攪勻至醬狀,等十分鐘味道會更濃郁。食用蕎麥麵時,適宜放一點到蘸麵的鰹魚汁裏增加美味。
成份:辣根、芥末、山葵
Wasabi puts the bite in sushi, sashimi, soba and other noodle dishes. To prepare, add 1 part water to 2 parts wasabi and mix until it forms a smooth paste. Leave covered for 10 minutes for flavour to heighten.
Ingredients: horseradish, mustard, wasabi (Japanese horseradish)
