Nagata Organic Sencha is a premium quality Japanese green tea made from the season's first tender, young leaves. The Nagata family harvests the leaves at their peak of flavour, briefly steams them to capture their complex flavour and emerald green colour, then carefully dries them.

Preparation: Pour 1 cup boiling water over a teabag.  Steep 1-2 minutes only and serve.
